This petition is filed seeking queshment of charge sheet in C.C.No.04 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Periyakulam.
It is submitted by the learned Senior Counsel that the petitioner is a neighbour of the defacto facto complainant and unnecessarily roped the petitioner in this case and also there are omnibus allegations against the petitioner. It is further submitted that not only this petitioner and all the family members are roped in this case.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that according to the statement of the witnesses there are overt act against the petitioner.
The second respondent, who has received notice, failed to turned up before this Court.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the defacto complainant and the petitioner and other accused are neighbours and requested this Court to refer the matter before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench so that attempt can be made to settle the matter.
Therefore, Registry is directed to place the matter before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench.
Post the matter on 31.10.2023.
