Judgment
Counsel for the petitioner has filed the affidavit as directed vide the previous order. Counsel for the respondent has filed the reply.
Learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent contends that the petitioner has not specifically stated in their affidavit whether the programme code and advertisement code are fully complied with or not and whether the genre and language of the channel remain unchanged, has also not been given as directed vide the previous order of the Tribunal.
Petitioner is directed to file its response/rejoinder to the reply filed by the respondent including the aforesaid contention of the respondent and also the detailed programme schedule, within a period of 3 weeks from today, with a copy to the counsel for the respondent by 26.6.2023.
The matter is therefore, adjourned to 3.7.2023.
In the order of the Tribunal dated 26.5.2023 passed in this petition at paragraph-4 in fourth line, the date “29.7.2023” has been typed wrongly instead of “29.5.2023”. The same is corrected accordingly.
