Judgment
Counsel appearing for the respondent submits that their Clerk or Head Clerk or Section Officer has no time to put a communication on record that they are withdrawing impugned notice dated 4.6.2024 which is at Annexure P-21.
We hereby direct the CEO of Prasar Bharati to make sure that the impugned communication dated 4.6.2024 which is at Annexure P-21, if they are withdrawing, the same should be placed on record by way of separate e-mail to the petitioner or by letter which can be produced before this Tribunal on or before the next date of hearing.
The respondent may file reply affidavit to the petition to the extent that petitioner is now challenging the notification dated 13.12.2023 which is at Annexure P-12 (Colly). This affidavit may be filed by high-ranking administrative officer of the respondent on or before next date of hearing.
This matter is, therefore, adjourned to 8.11.2024.
Interim Relief granted vide our order dated 9.7.2024 shall stand continued to be operative during the pendency and final hearing of this Broadcasting Petition.
