Arindam Sinha, J
Mr. Nanda, learned advocate appears on behalf of alleged contemner no.2 and submits, the position was made clear in letter dated 22nd March, 2022 issued by office of his client.
Mr. Sarangi, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant and submits, there will be procedural time consumed in obtaining legal heir certificate of the deceased. Applicant is husband of the deceased.
Office of alleged contemner no.2 has made it clear that on furnishing copy of death and legal heir certificates, it will handover original title documents to applicant. Applicant must comply with this requisition and obtain delivery of the original title deeds.
In circumstances aforesaid, there has been compliance based on said letter dated 22nd March, 2022. The compliance is that office of alleged contemner no.2 will, on production of death and legal heir certificates, handover the original title documents to applicant.
The contempt application is disposed of.
