Judgment

Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Sushavan Bhowmik, is present.
Learned counsel for the opposite party Mr. Sudhir Kumar Sharma, is also present.
Learned counsel for the opposite party no.1 submits that the show cause has been filed in the present case on 09.12.2021 and a supplementary
show-cause has also been filed yesterday which reflects that the order of this Court has now been complied with in letter and spirit. He further
submits that if the petitioner approaches the bank on any date which may be fixed by this Court, he will be provided the following documents in terms
of the order passed by this court in the writ proceedings -(a) copy of the undertaking (b) certified copy of the sale deed (c) original copy of the
publication in the newspaper (d) true copy of the sanha, which has been instituted by the bank. He submits that accordingly appropriate order may be
passed in the present case. He has also submitted that in the undertaking, which he has filed along with the supplementary affidavit yesterday, there is
an error in the date of the order passed by this Court, the same will be rectified by the bank and will be issued to the petitioner on the date as may be
fixed by this Court.
Considering the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the opposite party no.2, this Court is not inclined to proceed further in this contempt
proceeding.
The petitioner may approach the concerned bank on 21.02.2022 during 10.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m and collect the aforesaid documents after giving
appropriate receipt to the bank in that regard.
Accordingly, the contempt proceeding is hereby dropped.
