Judgment
Additional affidavit filed by the petitioner is taken on record.
Heard the learned counsels appearing for the parties and perused the documents on record.
Mr. Kaushik Sarkhel, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on identical allegation the petitioner was implicated in Nala P.S. Case No. 05 of 2017 in which he has been granted anticipatory bail vide A.B.A. No. 1635 of 2017. The petitioner was a student in Nala Inter College Nala, (Gopalpur), Jamtara from where he has completed Intermediate in Science. The petitioner is in custody since 16.05.2017 and charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case.
The learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for grant of bail.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamtara in connection with Nala P.S. Case No. 32 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. No. 339 of 2017.
The instant application is allowed. Let a copy of this order be sent to the trial Court through FAX.
