1.This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

It is submitted by Mr. Janmejaya Ray, learned counsel that he has entered appearance on behalf of Opposite Party No.4 and filed Vakalatnama in the Office. Registry may trace out the same and tag it with the record.

Put up this matter on 5th September, 2022 along with other connected matters indicating the name of Mr. Janmejaya Ray, learned counsel appearing for the Opposite Party No.4 in the cause list.

Mr. Dash, learned Additional Government Advocate prays for further adjournment for three months to take a final decision in the matter of implementing the order dated 31st October, 2008 (Annexure-1) passed in Dispute Case No.380 of 2006. It appears from the record that the matter was referred for mediation vide order dated 9th May, 2022. Mediation failure report was submitted on 25th July, 2022. Since then the matter is being adjourned on some plea and other. In view of the above, this Court feels that the State Government in order to show their bonafide should make some deposit.

It is therefore, directed that Mr. Dash, learned Additional Government Advocate shall take instruction as to what time the Opposite Party No.5, who is being represented by the Additional Secretary to Government of Odisha, Department of Agriculture, Govt. of Odisha requires to deposit a sum of Rs. 2.16 Crore, which they have offered before the Registrar of Cooperative Societies for settlement of the dispute on 22nd February, 2016.

As requested by Mr. Dash, learned Additional Government Advocate, a copy of this order be handed over to him for communication and compliance.
