This CP has been filed by Ms. Sahitya Tummala, who purchased the flat from Respondent/Corporate Debtor i.e. M/s. Aban Developers Private Limited. The Petition is related to home buyer and in view of the latest judgement of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Manish Kumar Vs. Union of India (UOI) and Ors. Writ Petition (C) No.26 of 2020 dated 19.01.2021, the Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the CP with liberty to file a fresh CP in accordance with the said judgment.

In the circumstances, the CP is disposed of in terms of the orders of the judgement of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Manish Kumar Vs. Union of India (UOI) and Ors. decided on 19.01.2021.
