This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode.
The present petition has been filed for review of the order dated 23rd  March, 2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.10372 of 2010.
Heard Mr. Mr. Sanjay Poddar, learned Senior Advocate for the Review Petitioner and Mr. A. Das, learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.
Considering the submissions made, we find that no ground is made out for reviewing the said order dated 23rd March, 2021.
The review petition is accordingly dismissed.
The cheque received by the Office on behalf of the Petitioner at Flag-‘A’ be returned to the Petitioner on proper identification.
As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order
available in the High Court’s website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide
Court’s Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court’s Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021.
