These matters are taken up by video conferencing mode.
Both the review petitions have been heard. The only modification that is required to the order passed by this Court on
18 th March, 2021 in W.P.(C) No.33291 of 2020 is that both the parties that the Petitioner in RVWPET No.109 of 2021 as well as the State Bank of
India which is the Petitioner in RVWPET No.79 of 2021 are permitted to make all the submissions in accordance with law before the Debts Recovery
Appellate Tribunal, Kolkata, where the appeals are stated to be pending.
The review petitions are disposed of in the above terms.
As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order
available in the High Court’s website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide
Court’s Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court’s Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021.
