Learned counsel Mr.K.Rajeev Reddy, represented on behalf of Mr.Laxminarayana Alishetty, learned counsel for the revision petitioner.
Learned counsel for the revision petitioner filed memo before Registry seeking permission to withdraw the civil revision petition on the ground that as per Orders passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in SLP (C) 2848 of 2015, dated 29.01.2016, the compromise arrived at between the revision petitioner with newly impleaded respondent No.9.
As memo filed by learned counsel for the revision petitioner for withdrawal of the revision petition in view of compromise entered between themselves and respondent No.9 nothing survives for consideration in this revision petition to adjudicate.
Therefore, the revision petitioner is permitted to withdraw the civil revision petition. Hence, this civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
The miscellaneous petitions, including petition filed by the revision petitioner under Order XXIII Rule 1 of Civil Procedure Code is hereby closed as main revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
The interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
