The Registry has raised an objection regarding the dim, illegible and hand written copies of the documents attached with the OA. Learned counsel for the applicant states that typed copies have since been filed for the said documents. In view of this, Registry is directed to allot OA number to the case.
Learned counsel for the applicant further states that the applicant has filed MA No.4691/2023 seeking condonation of delay in filing the present OA. For the reasons explained therein, the same is allowed.
The matter has been argued at length by learned counsel for both the parties at the admission stage itself.
Learned counsel for the applicant states that for redressal of her grievance, the applicant had made a representation dated 22.03.202 to the respondents. She would be satisfied if a direction is given to the respondents to dispose of the said representation by passing a speaking order within a limited time frame.
In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant, the competent authority amongst the respondents is directed to dispose of representation dated 22.03.2022 of the applicant by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. A copy of the speaking order so passed by given to the applicant. It is made clear that I have not entered into the merits of the case.
This disposes of OA No.4162/2023, accordingly.
No order as to costs.
