This OA is filed claiming the relief in the context of change of cadre on the ground of marriage of the applicant with an officer of Andhra Pradesh cadre. It is stated that during the pendency of the OA, the respondents passed an order dated 15.12.2020 permitting the cadre change in favour of the applicant.

In that view of the matter, the OA has become infructuous and is accordingly closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
