Heard Mr. Vishnu Upadhyay, RP present in person. This is an application for discharge order under Section 119 of IBC, 2016. In Para 13 of the application RP has furnished the details of payment made to the creditors and RP cost. Total sum of Rs. 6,88,000/- paid as Annexure-B with the details. Mr. Vikas Jain, Adv. appearing for the PNB confirms the payment. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels, application filed under Section 119 is allowed. This discharge order has been passed in relation to the debt mentioned in the repayment plan. The discharge order shall be forwarded to the board for the purpose of recording entries in the register. IA No. 397/JPR/2024 with CP No. (IB)- 29/94(1)/JPR/2023 stands disposed of accordingly.
