Judgment
Sri B.M.Shyam Prasad, learned Senior Counsel appearing for Sri Ajit P.B, learned counsel for the appellant and Sri Joseph Anthony, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, after arguing the matter for sometime, submit that the Court of XXVII Additional City Civil Judge, Bangalore City, may be directed to dispose of the main application in A.A.No.298/2017 within two weeks. They submit that the parties will not seek for any adjournment in the matter and will fully cooperate with the Court.
In view of the above and having regard to the facts of the case, the aforesaid Court is directed to dispose of the application in A.A.No.298/2017 on or before 21.08.2017 MFA NO.5797/2017 C/W MFA NO.5798/2017 preferably by taking the case on board on a day-to-day basis and without being influenced by any of the observations made in the course of the interim order dated 17.07.2017 impugned in these appeals. Both the appeals are accordingly disposed of. In view of disposal of the appeals, I.A.No.1/2017 in MFA No.5797/2017 and I.A.Nos.1 & 2 of 2017 in MFA No.5798/2017 do not survive for consideration; they stand disposed of accordingly.
