Judgment
Pankaj Mithal, J.—Heard Sri Anupam Kulshreshtha, learned counsel for the petitioners. Sri Satyam Singh has accepted notice on behalf of respondents no. 1 and 2. Original Suit No. 525 of 2010 (Kalicharan and Others Vs. State Industrial Development Corporation Limited and Others) is pending in the court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) Mathura.
Petitioners have filed this petition for a direction upon the court concerned to decide their interim injunction application no. 6-C pending in the aforesaid suit within a time bound period.
In view of the limited prayer made above, the petition is disposed of with the direction to the court concerned to consider and decide the interim injunction application pending in the aforesaid suit in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of the certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment in deciding the same.
The above direction would be ineffective, if the petitioners seek more than one adjournment. Petition disposed of.
