ORDER
IA.No.5810/2023: - Adv. Amey Hadwale a/w Adv. Geeta Lundwani appeared for the Applicant/RP. Adv. Jugal Haria a/w Adv. Tejashree Parab, Adv. Swapnil Sandim appeared for the Respondent No.4. Adv. Janvi Jain a/w Mitali Bhatt appeared for the Respondent No. 1,2 and 3 through VC. All the respondents have been served the court notice. Counsel for the Respondent No.4 stated that he had already filed the reply. Counsel for the Respondent No. 1,2 and 3 seeks time to file reply and has also pointed out that copy of the application was not supplied. Counsel for the Applicant/RP is directed to share a copy of the application to the Counsel for the Respondent No. 1,2 and 3 who shall file the reply within a period of three weeks, positively failing which, the right to file reply shall stand closed.
