ORDER
Matter is called. There is no representation on behalf of the Applicant. Counsel for the Corporate Debtor is present and placed on record the order dated 05.07.2019 passed by the Hon'ble NCLAT in an Interlocutory Application No.2104/2019 filed in Company Appeal (80) (Insolvency) No.278/2019 wherein the Hon'ble Tribunal has recorded that the Application filed by the Financial Creditor is disposed of as withdrawn and it has been directed that this Authority will close the proceedings. The copy of the order is placed on record.
Therefore, the order dated 21.02.2019 is hereby recalled. The moratorium shall cease to have effect. The Resolution Professional stands relieved. The Company is free from the CIR process and is permitted to carry on day-to-day business, as usual and the Original CP/1252/IB/2018 is dismissed as withdrawn. Accordingly, the Application stands disposed of.
