Both the counsels are present. IA No. 241/JPR/2019 is filed today seeking withdrawal of the petition as the matter is settled out of this Tribunal with the MOU entered into on 29.07.2019 at Jaipur. In view of the consent terms, Counsel for the petitioner and also the respondent request that Company Petition No. 73/9/JPR/2019 be permitted to be withdrawn in view of the compromise arrived at vide consent MOU dated 29.07.2019. In terms of the said consent terms this Company petition is disposed of as withdrawn. All other IAs, if any shall stand closed.
