Heard the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner and IRP in person and the corporate-debtor. The application moved for withdrawal of CIR Process initiated in case No. IB/1494/ND/2019 has taken on record. Having heard the submissions made by the counsel for both the parties and having gone through the contents of the application, the withdrawal of CIR Process is permitted and the matter is disposed of in all respects. In exercise of powers conferred on NCLT by Rule 11 of NCLT Rule 2016.
