ORDER
Ld. Counsel for the operational creditor as well as corporate debtor appears. Corporate Debtor is admitted in CIRP vide order dated 25.07.2019 and the CIRP is on. It is submitted that EoI is published but RP did not attend the proceeding today. CoC is yet to be formed. In such situation and since parties have settled the dispute amongst them amicably, we allow withdrawal of this matter by invoking our jurisdiction under rule 11 of NCLT Rules. In view of this, CA(IB) 1031/KB/19 is allowed and disposed off. Main matter is also disposed off as being withdrawn.
