The petitioner, who is working as a JBT Teacher in Government Primary School, Balduhak (Galore) and is under transfer to Government Primary School, Kheri (Sujanpur) has come up before this Court seeking cancellation of order of transfer Annexure P-1 on the grounds that her case is covered under clause 5.4 of the Comprehensive Guiding Principles-2013, of the transfer policy applicable in the State of Himachal Pradesh, which provides concession to couples.
Notice. Ms. Rita Goswami, learned Additional Advocate General appears and waives service of notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3.
In view of the nature of the order, we propose to pass, no response is required from the respondents.
Consequently, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-2), in the light of the transfer policy occupying the field, and pass appropriate orders, within two weeks. Till then, the operation of the impugned order Annexure P-1, shall remain stayed. Pending application(s), if any, are closed.
