It is not in dispute that pursuant to directions of this Tribunal, the respondents have passed certain order. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present CP may be closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge such order in accordance with law, if so advised.

Accordingly, the CP is closed. Notices are discharged with liberty to the petitioner in accordance with law.
