The applicant has filed the present OA on being aggrieved by Notice No. GEN-02/2018 (Level-I) whereby the candidature of the applicant is

rejected for the reasons that during document verification his biometric was not verified followed by finger print report. However, in the said impugned

notice it is also informed to the applicant that his rejection status is pending checking of all other eligibility conditions as applicable to the applicant.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has not preferred any representation against the said impugned notice and, therefore, he

seeks permission to withdraw this OA with liberty to the applicant to make a comprehensive representation to the Railway Recruitment Cell, Northern

Railway for redressal of his grievances. He, further, submits that the respondents may be directed to consider such representation, if preferred by the

applicant within two weeks and to dispose of the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order in a time bound manner. To such request of the

learned counsel for the applicant, there is no objection from the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents.

In view of the above, the OA is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to make a comprehensive representation for redressal of his

grievances to respondent No. 2 within two weeks from today and in case such representation is made by the applicant within the time stipulated

herein, the respondent No. 2 is directed to consider and to dispose of the same by passing a speaking a reasoned order as expeditiously as possible and

in any case within eight weeks of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
