Judgment
MINI PUSHKARNA, J. (ORAL):
The present petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 10th September, 2025, passed in W.P.(C) 3073/2025.
This Court notes that vide order dated 10th July, 2026, passed in W.P.(C) 3073/2025, the aforesaid order dated 10th September, 2025, already stands modified, to the extent, that direction was issued to the petitioner herein to approach the Monitoring Committee/Judicial Committee for de-sealing of the property bearing No. F539 Ground Floor, Madipur, New Delhi-110063. The order dated 10th July, 2026, reads as under:
Accordingly, considering the aforesaid, no orders are required to be passed in the present petition.
The present petition is accordingly disposed of, along with the pending application.
