Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that due to lockdown in the city because of Corona-virus, he had not been able to submit the hardcopy of the petition along with affidavits before the Court. He seeks some time to do the needful after the court re-opens.
The application is allowed. The applicant is permitted to submit hardcopy of the petition along with affidavits before the Court in the Registry in terms of Circular No. 16/GS dated 29.03.2020 issued by the High Court.
The application is disposed of accordingly.

The prayer made in the application is for imleadment of the respondent No.7 in the appeal. Though she was party in the writ petition but has not been impleaded in the appeal.
The application is allowed. Sobhia Ghani w/o Mohd Aftab d/o Mohd Ghani R/o Mangota, Tehsil Thanna Mandi, Rajouri is directed to be impleaded as respondent No.7 in the appeal. Learned counsel for the applicant/appellant to file amended memo of parties in the Registry within one week.
The issue regarding her representation before the court, as she is stated to be minor, shall be considered on the next date of hearing.
