Ms. Harvinder Oberoi, learned additional standing counsel appears and accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

The applicants are said to be Craft Instructors/Group Instructors working in various Institutes under Department of Training and Technical Education, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi. According to them, on repeated representations being made, the Director General of Training, Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) recommended vide their proceedings dated 07.01.2016 that the employees like the applicants be extended the Grade Pay of Rs.4600/-, maintaining pay parity. It is stated that despite several representations, the recommendations have not been implemented.

In this OA, the relief claimed is to the effect that the respondents be directed to implement the said recommendations. It is also stated that some of the Craft Instructors similarly placed, as the applicants, have come to this Tribunal by filing OA No.1967/2018, and vide order dated 17.05.2018, the Tribunal directed the 2nd respondent to take a final view on the claim of the applicants, and to take further steps in that behalf within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order.

Heard Mrs. Rashmi Chopra, learned counsel for the applicants and Mrs. Harvinder Oberoi, learned additional standing counsel for the respondents.

The relief claimed in this OA is the one for consideration of the request for implementation of the recommendations made by MSDE. It is for the 2nd respondent to take a final view in the matter by taking into account the relevant aspects. Already this Tribunal has disposed of one OA directing that the final view be taken in the matter within a period of six months. Hence, we dispose of this OA directing the 2nd respondent herein to take a final view on the recommendations made by MSDE within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
