ORDER
This application is filed by IRP under Section 12A of the IBC, 2016. Corporate Debtor was admitted in CIRP vide order dated 27.04.2022. We heard learned counsel for the Applicant. However, later on the Financial Creditor settled the matter with the Corporate Debtor. COC is not formed. Since parties have settled the disputes, may be at belated stage we approve the settlement.
Permission is granted to withdraw the main CP. In view of this, matter stands withdrawn and disposed of.
CIRP of the Corporate Debtor stands closed.
