Per: Justice Ranjit More, Chairman

Heard the applicant, who is appearing in person, and Mr. Khan, learned counsel for the respondents.

2.

The present R.A. has been filed seeking review of the order dated 05.07.2018 passed in O.A. No. 755/2017. M.A. No. 766/2026 has been filed seeking condonation of the delay of 7 years, 6 months and 2 days in filing the present R.A.

3.

It is pertinent to note that the order dated 05.07.2018 passed in O.A. No. 755/2017 was challenged by the applicant before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court by filing W.P. No. 9759/2018. The Division Bench of the Hon’ble High Court heard the said writ petition on merits and dismissed the same on 23.01.2019.

4.

The applicant thereafter challenged the order passed by the Division Bench of the Hon’ble Delhi High Court before the Hon’ble Supreme Court by filing S.L.P. No. 15127/2019. The said S.L.P. was also dismissed on 12.07.2019. The applicant thereafter filed a review petition before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, which was also dismissed.

5.

In the above circumstances, since the order dated 05.07.2018 passed by this Tribunal got merged with the order passed by the Hon’ble Delhi High Court, the present R.A. is not maintainable.

6.

Accordingly, M.A. No. 766/2026 seeking condonation of delay as well as the present R.A. are dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
