Heard learned advocate Mr. Mohamadzaid Saiyed for the applicants and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Ms. C.M. Shah for the respondent-
State through video conference.
Learned advocate Mr. Saiyed for the applicant submitted that only vague allegations are made in the complaint against the applicant for alleged
offences under sections 498A, 323, 294B and 114 of the Indian Penal Code. He further submitted that there is a delay in filing the complaint as the
alleged incident is of 16.7.2019 whereas complaint is filed on 7.7.2020.
Considering the submissions made issue notice returnable on 27th August, 2020. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Ms. Shah waives service of
notice on behalf of the respondent State.
In the meanwhile, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants till the next date of hearing.
The Registry is directed to provide a copy of writ of this order to the learned advocate for the applicant through e-mail.
Direct service is permitted.
