Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the State.

The applicant, who is in custody since 08.01.2025 has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Azadnagar P.S. Case No. 4 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 658/2023, for the offence under Sections 342, 324, 326, 307, 302, 120B & 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Jamshedpur.

Earlier prayer for grant of regular bail of the applicant has been dismissed as withdrawn by this Court vide order dated 16.02.2026 passed in B.A. No.10213 of 2025.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant(s) that complete set of FIR along with its enclosure have been annexed with this bail application and there is no suppression on his/her part.

Innocence has been claimed by the learned counsel for the applicant and undertaking has been given for participation in the trial. It has been submitted that there is a split-up trial being Session Trial No. 369 of 2023 in which six persons are facing trial and all of them have been granted bail. So far as present applicant is concerned, he is facing trial along with Md. Danish in Session Trial No.327 of 2025 in which the co-accused has also been enlarged on bail stating that the specific allegation of firing is upon the Shahnawaz @ Chhotu Bachha who is absconding till date. On the above basis, prayer for bail has been made.

Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above facts, I am inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the applicant, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Jamshedpur in connection with Azadnagar P.S. Case No. 4 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 658/2023, subject to condition that the applicant(s) will submit self-attested photocopy/photocopies of his/her/their Aadhaar Card(s) and also submit his/her/their mobile number(s) before the learned Trial Court which he/she/they will always keep active and will not change it and will not leave the state during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
