Judgment
Heard learned counsels for both the parties.
Learned counsel for the applicant Shri Praveen Kumar is submitting that interest of justice would be served if the representation dated 04.05.2020 (Annexure No. A-15) with regard to inclusion the name in old pension scheme instead of new pension scheme of the applicant pending with the respondents is directed to be decided by way of a reasoned and speaking order in a timeframe.
Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection on the same.
Accordingly, it is directed that the Competent Authority of the Respondents shall decide the Applicant's representation dated 04.05.2020 (Annexure No. A-15) by way of a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law, within a period of 06 (Six) weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. The decision shall be communicated to the applicant forthwith.
It is made clear that no comments as to merits of the case have been passed.
Original Application is disposed of accordingly.
No costs.
