The subject matter of the instant petition relates to the selection against the post of Legal-Cum-Probationary Officer, as initiated vide Advertisement Notice bearing No. 02 of 2016 dated 22nd of September, 2016, which subject, prima facie, comes within the purview of Integrated Child Protection Scheme (ICPS)/ Integrated Child Development Scheme (ICDS), thus, not borne on any of the services of the Government of Jammu and Kashmir. However, before proceeding further in the matter on the said lines, it has become necessary to seek assistance of the counsel for the parties with respect thereto.
In the above context, when asked, Mr Sheikh Feroz Ahmad, the learned Deputy Advocate General, representing the Government of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, has undertaken to place on record the copy of the Scheme during the course of the week as also to intimate the Court about the stand of the Government on the aforesaid issue. Besides, Mr Feroz shall also supply a copy of the Scheme in advance to the rest of the appearing counsel in the matter.
