The present writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs :

a) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus or such other writ or order directing the Respondent No.3 to consider Exhibit P6 representation as expeditiously as possible.

b) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus or such other writ or order directing Respondent No.1 to 3 to appoint the petitioner to the post of night watchman at 1st Respondent Bank as per Exhibit P2 notification.

c) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus or such other writ or order directing Respondent No.1 to 3 not to make appointment to the post of night watchman by direct recruitment.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the limited request of the petitioner at this stage is for consideration of Ext.P6 representation at the hands of the 3rd respondent.

The learned Government Pleader submitted that Ext.P6 representation can be considered after hearing the petitioner and appropriate decision in this regard can be taken.

In view of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to take up and consider Ext.P6 and pass appropriate orders after hearing the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

Writ petition is disposed of.
