Judgment
Heard Mr. Vijayesh Atre, Adv. appearing on behalf of the Petitioner/ Operational Creditor and Mr. Rishabh Sancheti, Adv. along with Mr. Punit Singhvi, Adv. appearing on behalf of the Respondent/ Corporate Debtor. Perused the order dated 13.12.2022 passed by the Hon'ble NCLAT in Company Appeal (AT) (Ins.) No. 1399/2022 in which a joint application IA No. 4756/2022 was filed by both the parties for bringing on record the settlement between the parties dated 07.12.2022. Hon'ble NCLAT in the said order allowed IA No. 4756/2022 and settlement agreement dated 07.12.2022 was taken on record.
In view of the settlement between the parties, order dated 16.11.2022 passed by this Adjudicating Authority has been set aside by Hon’ble NCLAT. No further proceedings are required in this matter, file be consigned to record room.
