Antony Dominic, J.—Petitioner participated in the Kottayam Revenue District Social Science Fair -2010 in atlas making and was given third prize with ''A'' grade. He filed an appeal and that was rejected by Ext.P9. It is challenging the above, the writ petition is filed.

The contention raised by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner is that instructions were given to the candidates, specifying that they should use only water colours and that instead, the first prize and second prizewinners used crayons and sketch pens. It is therefore stated that the prize awarded to the first and second prize winners is illegal.

Learned Government Pleader has obtained instructions in the matter and submits that the first and second prize winners used water colours only and that therefore the submission made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner is incorrect.

If the facts stated as above, there is absolutely no merit in the allegation raised by the Petitioner. Therefore the writ petition only to be dismissed and I do so.
