Judgment

This original petition (criminal) has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
The grievance of the petitioner that has been pressed into in this matter is non disposal of Annexure A4 petition filed by the petitioner before the Fast Track Special Court, Aluva.
As per letter dated 10.05.2023, the learned Special Judge reported that the sessions case can be disposed of within a period of nine months from the date of framing charge and Annexure A4 can be disposed of within one week.
Therefore, there shall be a direction to the Special Judge, Aluva to consider and dispose of Annexure A4, within one week from the date of re-opening of courts after summer vacation (20.05.2023). The trial court can also consider expeditious trial, as reported.
This Original Petition (Criminal) stands disposed of. Registry is directed to forward a copy of this judgment to the court below concerned, within seven days, for compliance and information.
