Shri Deepak Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel appearing for the applicant and Shri Krishna Kumar Ojha, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, are present.
Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.
Referring to relief no.1 of the O.A., learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant will be satisfied if the O.A. is disposed of at this stage itself directing the competent authority amongst the respondents to decide the pending representations dated 28.11.2022 and 04.01.2023 moved by the applicant by passing a reasoned and speaking order thereon in a time bound manner.
Learned counsel for the respondents opposed the prayer made by learned counsel appearing for the applicant.
I have considered the rival submissions of learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the entire record.
In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel appearing for the applicant, no useful purpose will be served in keeping this O.A. pending, therefore, without entering into the merits of this case, the O.A. is disposed of at this stage itself with a direction to the competent authority amongst the respondents to decide the representations dated 28.11.2022 and 04.01.2023 (Annexure A-1) moved by the applicant by passing a reasoned and speaking order thereon within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. The respondents shall also communicate the order so passed to the applicant forthwith.
All associated M.As. also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
