I.A. No.7800 of 2015 is for impleadment of the District

Provident Fund Officer, Rohtas as respondent. The same is allowed.

There is no rebuttal to the position emerging from the

counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents with regard to the

steps taken for settlement of the post retiral dues including grant of

benefit of ACP or MACP etc. Instead of wasting judicial time, the

petitioner would be well advised to approach the authority, including

Treasury Officer concerned, where authorization has been sent for

processing. It is also obligatory upon him to complete the due

process, if he wants to earn the benefit of authorizations.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the MACP, which

has been given, has not been given rightly and he has serious

reservation about what has been authorized.

It is up to the petitioner to bring it to the notice of the

sanctioning authority, who will verify the position and take remedial

measure, if it is required.

Writ application stands disposed of in view of the above.
