Judgment
The Petitioner is lucky that he had got an order which was passed on the writ petition. Otherwise there was an order of the Supreme Court that regard being had to the circumstances that a scheme has been formulated, the High Court should not be entertaining any cause which may interfere with the scheme formulated and being considered by the Supreme Court in the matter of Bihar Road Transport Corporation.
The Petitioner makes an issue out of the fact whether he has been retired compulsorily or not in the present Letters Patent Appeal. The writ petition was entirely for a different relief. The Petitioner is aware that there is an order of the Supreme Court where the matter relating to the staff and employees of the Bihar State Road Transport Corporation is being monitored.
The Petitioner is lucky that his amount has been quantified. There are other staff and employees of the Bihar State Road Transport Corporation who perhaps are still awaiting to what the Petitioner has got.
This Court is not inclined to interfere with the order on the writ petition.
Dismissed.
