Instant Criminal Petition, under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the petitioner herein (A1), seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR in Crime No.239 of 2024 of Lalapet Police Station, Guntur District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the submission made by learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.
Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is closed, as the main CC itself was compounded before trial Court.
