Judgment
ORDER
The learned counsel further states yesterday it came to her knowledge that CIRP order is passed against the present Corporate Debtor/ Euphoria Technologies Pvt. Ltd. on 17.03.2021 in C.P.(IB) 157/2019 by Bench-1 in the application filed by another Operational Creditor/ Centillion Solutions & Services Pvt. Ltd. From e-records we have perused the order.
The learned counsel further states that the conduct of the Corporate Debtor may be recorded in the order to enable the Applicant to take appropriate steps that though the order of the initiation of CIRP was passed against the Corporate Debtor on 17.03.2021, in appeal before the Hon’ble NCLAT filed by this Applicant, the Corporate Debtor was appearing but did not intimate Hon’ble NCLAT of the fact of initiation of CIRP in March, 2021 till February, 2022. Issue notice to Respondents along with copy of this order.
The learned counsel is further directed to serve copy of this order to the present IRP of the Corporate Debtor and on the Ex Management of the Corporate Debtor. IRP of the Corporate Debtor to remain present on the next date.
