At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that in view of the latest judgment dated 29.01.2021 passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in W.P.(C) No. 78/2021, he seeks permission of this Tribunal to withdraw the present OA. Permission is granted.
