Justice L. Narasimha Reddy:
After arguing the OA at some length, the learned counsel for the applicants sought permission of the Tribunal to withdraw the OA, duly preserving the liberty of the applicants to file a better one with appropriate prayer. Permission is accorded.

The OA is dismissed as withdrawn, leaving it open to the applicants to file fresh OA with appropriate prayer.

MA Nos.760/2021 and 761/2021 stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
