Heard on admission.
The applicant was retired from the post of Chief Ofce Superintendent, Carriage and Wagon Department, Northern Railway, Bareilly on 30.04.2022.
The matter was related to the fxation of pension. It is submitted by the applicant that on 24.06.2022, he already submitted a representation before the respondent No.2. The representation has been sent by registered post. The receipt of the registry has been annexed at Page-36 which shows that registry was made on 24.06.2022.
The copy of the representation is at Page No.35-36 of the OA. It is submitted by the applicant that till today the representation is pending. No any decision has been taken by the concerned authority. The applicant seeks only a direction to decide the representation.
Afer consideration, respondents are directed to decide the aforesaid representation within three months from the date of receiving the copy of this order along with a copy of representation at Page No.35-36 moved by the applicant.
The Original Application is disposed of with such order.
There shall be no order as to costs.
