After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission to withdraw the OA with liberty to file a better one in accordance with law, if so advised.

Permission is granted. The OA is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
Pending MAs also stand dismissed with liberty in accordance with law.
