Judgment

The applicant retired from National Thermal Power Cooperation (NTPC). As regards service benefits, he made representation to the Ministry of
Power. The applicant was not granted any benefits and an order was passed by the Ministry of Power indicating the course of action. The applicant
contends that though he made a representation dated 27.05.2019 with a request to comply with the order dated 13.02.2019, no action has been taken
thereon.
We heard the applicant, who argued the matter in person, and Mr. R S Rana, learned counsel for respondents, through video conferencing.
As observed earlier, the applicant retired from NTPC. When he made a representation to the Ministry of Power about his service benefits, a
detailed order was passed on 13.02.2019. Action, as indicated therein, is required to be taken by the NTPC. The applicant does not appear to have
pursued the matter with the NTPC. Even in this OA, he did not implead the NTPC.
Therefore, we dispose of the O.A. leaving it open to the applicant to make a representation to the organization from which he has retired, duly
annexing the order dated 13.02.2019. It is needless to mention that as and when such a representation is made by the applicant, an order shall be
passed on merits, at the earliest.
There shall be no order as to costs.
