Issue notice to the respondents.

On the asking of the court, Mr. Anurag Sharma, the

learned Addl. Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of the

respondents. A copy of the petition has been served upon him.

The present writ petition has been filed under Article

226 of the Constitution of India, praying that a direction be issued

to the respondents to issue experience certificate to the petitioner

taking service rendered by him into account in order to enable the

petitioner to secure bonus marks for his appointment to the post

of LDC.

The learned counsel for the petitioner contended that

the petitioner worked as Secretary, Water Shed Committee,

Jaitpur-II, Panchayat Samiti Ramgarh, Alwar from 5.2.2009 to

1.2.2013.

Mr. Anurag Sharma, the learned Addl. Advocate General

appearing for the respondents has submitted that the respondents

have already issued Circular (Annexure-8) dated 24.3.2017 and

hence, experience of the petitioner after examination of the record

is to be verified by the respondents no. 5 and 6 and thereafter, the

same is to be counter signed by the respondent no.4

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the

present writ petition is disposed of, by issuing a direction to the

respondents no. 5 and 6 to examine the record and thereafter

verify the experience of the petitioner by issuing requisite

experience certificate. The said certificate shall be counter signed

by the respondent no.4. The needful be done within a period of

ten days from today.

A copy of this order, under the seal and signature of the

Court Master be handed over to Mr. Anurag Sharma, AAG, for

onward transmission and necessary compliance.
