Judgment
Tarlok Singh Chauhan, J
The learned Advocate General has placed on record the instructions received from the Department, whereby they have no objection in continuing the services of the petitioner at the present place of posting i.e. Govt. Senior Secondary School, Lalhri, District Una, H.P.
It appears that the private respondent had joined the station and currently there are two employees posted in the same school. Now, the respondents have again made a proposal whereby they are seeking transfer of respondent No.4 to Govt. Senior Secondary School, Kaloh (Gagret), District Una. Though, the private respondent has some reservation in joining at the said school, however, we find no justification for the same as admittedly this is the first posting of the private respondent.
Consequently, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the official respondents to permit the petitioner to continue at Govt. Senior Secondary School, Lalhri, District Una, and post respondent No.4 in Govt. Senior Secondary School, Kaloh (Gagret), District Una, H.P. The parties are left to bear their own costs.
The salary of the private respondent be released in accordance with law.
Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
