1 . Notice. Mr. Bhupinder Thakur, learned Deputy Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents.
The instant petition has been filed for grant of the following substantive relief:-
"That the respondents may kindly be directed to transfer the petitioner from Govt. Sr. Sec. School Drabil to any one of the following Schools:- i) Govt. Sr. Sec. School, Shilai, ii) Govt. High School Pota Manal, iii) Govt. High School Naya, Distt. Sirmour forthwith."
The petitioner has been serving in the hard area eversince from her first appointment made on 29th June, 2006 and is thus entitled to be posted in a soft station, that too, of her choice in accordance with the Comprehensive Guiding Principles-2013 for regulating the transfers of the employees in the State of H.P.
Accordingly, we deem it proper to dispose of this petition by permitting the petitioner to make a representation to the respondents specifically setting out therein five stations of her choice out of which one essentially should be out of the Home District. In the event of such representation being made within one week, the respondents shall consider, decide and thereafter issue necessary consequential orders of the posting of the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.
All pending applications also stand disposed of.
For compliance, to come up on 16.11.2021.
